If you're an experienced pediatrician with a passion for serving the community and are ready to take that next step in your career, consider this role at a major Federally Qualified Health Center in the Heart of Texas
THE PRACTICE
• Join a thriving Community Health Clinic to serve the underserved
• Work alongside 2 physicians and 4 advanced practice clinicians
•100% outpatient practice
• See approximately 18 patients per day
THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Salaried position based on experience + a per encounter bonus if a daily threshold is exceeded
• Recruitment incentive for signing bonus and relocation
• Paid time off + paid holidays
• Retirement with 5% match for first 3 years then 6% thereafter
• CME Stipend and 5 days per calendar year
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance; as well as short term and long term disability

• This vibrant university city of 270,000 population is located in the heart of Texas an hour from Houston and only 90 minutes to Austin
