Bread and butter pediatric work. Low acuity (1-3 pediatric inpatients on average per day). Nursery/inpatient coverage typically scheduled in the morning with clinic work following. Full scope of outpatient services. High functioning clinic staff including a full time RN and plans to expand clinic space in next 3-5 years. Call responsibility will be 1:3 and is not overly burdensome, allowing for good work/life balance.
