Pediatric PMR
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $350000.00 - $350000.00

The largest rural health system in the United States seeks a BC/BE fellowship-trained Pediatric PMR physician. Join a collaborative team of 4 Adult PM&R physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers as Fargo's only fellowship-trained Pediatric PM&R physician.

Opportunity Highlights Include

  • Enjoy a primarily outpatient clinic role with a flexible schedule and hospital consults in NICU, Peds, and PICU
  • Benefit from a guaranteed salary of $350,000 for two years, plus a $200,000 retention bonus over four years
  • Provide care at the region's only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center, with potential outreach opportunities
  • Support treatment for Brain Injury, Down Syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy, and Cerebral Palsy
  • Work with certified brain injury specialists and a dedicated PT/OT oncology program supporting children through treatment
  • Maintain work-life balance with 20 to 23 Allowed Time Away days, 6 holidays, and 10 CME days with a $5,000 allowance
  • Receive $10,000 relocation assistance, malpractice coverage with tail, retirement plans, and comprehensive health benefits
