Swedish Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join their team of 5 other Pediatric Intensivists to provide round-the-clock care in our 6-bed PICU. Our Pediatric Critical Care is a hallmark at the Swedish First Hill Campus and includes a 6-bed PICU where our multidisciplinary team including PICU highly trained nurses, Pediatric Hospitalists and Pediatric Specialists work together to ensure the well-being of critically ill children. Leadership opportunities exist within the Pediatric Critical Care team to oversee the Pediatric Critical Care program, ensure strong communication with Pediatric Intensivists, and work in partnership with their administrative partners.

  • Work within a collaborative team including Pediatric Critical Care physicians, Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Specialists and highly skilled PICU dedicated nursing staff.

  • Compensation is between $280,501 and $386,740 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
  • Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with pediatric deep sedation.
