Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $230,000 annual base salary
- Productivity Bonus: $50,000 annual productivity bonus
- CME Allowance: $1,000 per year for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
- Paid Time Off: 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
- CME/Personal Time: 5 additional days for CME or personal use
- Licensing and DEA allocation
- Paid Holidays: 7 paid holidays per year
- Sick Days: 5 sick days per year

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in pediatric patients
Educate families on child development, nutrition, and preventive health measures
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards
Qualifications
Medical degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification in Pediatrics
Active California medical license or the ability to obtain one
DEA certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to high-quality, compassionate patient care
Working Hours
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
