A well-established pediatric primary care practice in the Oregon mountains is seeking an experienced board-certified pediatrician to join their growing team due to increased patient demand and expansion.

Situated in a mountainous city near the coast, this year-round base camp boasts riverfront views, friendly communities, and endless outdoor recreation (ski, hike, and beach - all within 90 minutes).

Position:
• 4-day work week (32 patient contact hours).
• 100% outpatient care - see an average of 18 patients a day.
• Full ancillary support with APP, dedicated Medical Assistant, and scribing services.
• $250,000-$270,000 base salary with additional quality and productivity bonuses.
• 50k sign-on package.
