Practice Setting:
- 25-bed critical access hospital with multiple specialties
- Opportunity to establish a thriving pediatric practice with a large patient base
- Work with a team of family medicine physicians
- Clinic-based practice with no inpatient or emergency department responsibilities
Schedule:
- Opportunity to create a personalized schedule to balance work and personal life
- Average patient volume of 15-20 by the end of the second year
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary with an available retention bonus of $50,000 for years one and two
