- Schedule: Mon-Thu 8a-5p, Fri 8a-12p
- Call: weeknight call Mon-Fri 5p-8p
- Scope: Pediatric clinic and call
- Duties: Clinic well visits, screenings, sick visits, and vaccinations; General pediatric clinic and inpatient rounding on new babies, rounding time is blocked on the clinic schedule; clinic starts at 9:30a
- Volume: Clinic: 16-22 PPD and Call: Minimal after hour call volume to manage consults/inpatient
- Ages: 0-18
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital: Level
- Group: 3 MAs, 1 LPN, 1:1 Clinical staff to provider plus 1 float staff
- Require: BC/BE, LA License
- Credentialing: 30-45 days
- 1099 Independent Contract
