Location: In New Jersey, apart of the New York metropolitan area! Located about 20 miles west of Manhattan!

- Practice Setting: Office
- Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed
- Select Rate Type Options: Hourly
- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 3 days a week 9am-5pm. Ideally Monday, Wed, Thurs. but some level of flexibility on days and times.
- Call Schedule: 8 call nights a month. But this is flexible as well
- Average Number of Well Check Visits Per Day: about 12
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2 and 1 mid level
- Will Other Pediatricians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates (List Names): no
- Will the Locums be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? No
- Number of Exam Rooms: Each provider has 2 exam rooms
- Describe Support Staff: Each provider has MA assigned to them daily. 2 front desk and 1 office manger
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15-18
- Average Number of Vaginal Deliveries Per Day: no deliveries needed
