Details
  • Setting: outpatient Pediatric primary care clinic in Chicago, IL
    • 10-15 patients per day
    • Ages newborn to 18 years old
    • Full support staff: Medical director, other physicians and APPs, RNs/MAs
  • Schedule: No weekends, no call, off on all holidays
  • Start: late Sept/early Oct 2024 (60 days to credential)
Required
  • Active IL license
  • Active DEA and CDS/CSR (controlled substance registration)
  • Current BLS
  • Spanish-speaking provider (medical Spanish minimum) preferred
