Position: Locum MD/DO - Pediatrician

Responsibilities:
Provide primary and specialized pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents in a clinical setting.
Perform well-child exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
Educate patients and families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness promotion.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, social workers, and support staff.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
Valid Illinois state medical license.
Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatric care.
Proficiency in pediatric medical procedures and protocols.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
