A freestanding Children's Hospital in Ohio serving more than 500,000 children from over a 20 county region is looking for a BE/BC Division Chief of Pediatric Ophthalmology. The Children's Hospital offers more than 35 pediatric specialties, 260 subspecialists, and 50 primary care physicians and is designated as a CSV level 1 center and maintains Level I pediatric trauma center certification.

The culture at this Hospital is very friendly and collaborative with Administration. The incoming physician will feel like a "Big Fish in a Small Pond" who can really step in and make a difference. This position will include both clinical, leadership, and academic responsibilities. This position includes an academic appointment at the local Medical School for either an associate or professor level.

Opportunity:
* Growing group of 2 Ophthalmologists and 2 Optometrists at a technologically advanced pediatric center with an outstanding community reputation
* Responsibilities: Quality, Safety, Strategic Growth, Recruitment and Retention, and overseeing the overall Operations of the Division
