Overview:
- Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
- Physician retention averages 12 years across all specialties
- Established Practice - Join 1 Pediatrician - Strong support staff including 3 APPs and Pediatric Hospitalists
- Pediatrician will see 20-25 patients per day, though ability to see more if desired
- 4 Day weeks
- No C-Section attendance required – Pediatric Hospitalist support
- 1:4 call (clinic call only)
Compensation:
- 265K Salary plus production
- 27K for midlevel supervision (must meet base RVUs to qualify)
- 10 percent annual quality bonus (must meet RVUS to qualify)
- 30K Retention (10K per year over 3 years)
- 40K Sign on
- 10K Relocation
- Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan – Completely independent from your contributions
- Hospital contributes $13,250 per year for years 1-5
- Hospital contributes $26,500 per year, ongoing, after year 6
- Additional 403b with 4 percent match
- 4 Weeks PTO plus 12 national holidays
- 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
