One of our clients most beloved Pediatric Nurse Practitioners is retiring. They would like to replace her with a Pediatrician. This clinic is on the hospital campus and consists of one Pediatrician and three APPs. This hire will shift the practice to two Pediatricians and two APPs. No inpatient responsibility as they have Pediatric Hospitalists.
Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available up to $40,000 . Residency/Fellowship Stipend available. Relocation Bonus available. CME up to 1 week and $6,000 available. 403B. Amtrak Train System provides easy Access to Chicago and New Orleans. Offers easy access to Champaign-Urbana. Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary). 33 days of time off. $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3). $300,000 base salary.
