Job Description
Come and be a faculty physician who will contribute to the development and implementation of a community health plan and serve as a representative of the health center in central Massachusetts. Faculty Physicians are viewed as leaders in the organization and are expected to be involved in matters such as productivity, performance improvement, quality assurance, utilization review, and in-service training.
About the position:
- Full-time position

- Provide comprehensive and continuous primary care for a panel of patients
- Engage in the care of hospitalized patients
- Supervise the patient care of nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Teach and evaluate resident physicians and medical students in training
- Develop and implement curriculum and conduct daily case reviews and conferences
- Participate in department-wide activities and engage in scholarly activities
Who we are seeking:
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree
- Board Certification in Pediatrics
