Join our dedicated team as a full-time Pediatrician in Altus, OK. This position offers a work-life balance with a 4 1/2 day work week and a 1:3 call schedule._x000D_

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 1/2 days for patient care plus charting time_x000D_
Call Coverage: 1:3_x000D_
Patient Panel: 18-25 per day, with the potential for up to 30 on busier days_x000D_

Base Salary with quarterly incentives based on wRVUs, starting at MGMA Median ($200,000)_x000D_
