Medcare Staffing is seeking a Pediatrician for an outpatient clinic in Riverside, CA.

• Start in the 30-60 days
• 100 % outpatient
• Low patient volumes
• Established patient base in the community
• Full support staff

Benefits include

• Health Insurance - become eligible after 60 days and the 1st of the month. The company pays up to 75% of medical, 100% of vision, and a 100% dental HMO.
• Retirement plan
• Life insurance - company provides $50K for providers
• 48 sick hours per year. Any hours in excess of 24 hours get paid out at the end of the fiscal year
• 2 weeks of vacation for the 1st two years of employment. After 3 years they accrue 3 weeks per year
• Most minor and major holidays off
• 5 additional days off for education (Seminars, CME, etc)
• $2000 available in reimbursement yearly for education (books, CMEs, courses, etc)
• We pay for licensing fees, renewals of dea, board certification
• Provide them with malpractice insurance

• Eligible for loan forgiveness through HRSA. Up to $50K per year after their 2nd year working for a non-profit
