• Join a well-established and friendly team of providers in an outpatient pediatric primary care practice.
• This federally qualified health center is expanding services to provide care access to high-risk and underserved patients in the local community, partnering with a UNC non-profit community hospital working under an employed model. Epic EMR.
• 4.5-day workweek with after-hours phone calls only shared 1:13.
• Active clinical rotation site for student/ resident teaching.
• Board certification (or eligibility) required.
• Financial package includes 230K base salary plus production and quality incentives.
• Full HR benefits, paid malpractice including tail, 6 weeks PTO, annual CME allowance, and competitive recruitment package. The site also qualifies under the NHSC and PSLF programs.
