**Pediatric Hospitalist opening in Findlay, Ohio**_x000D_
- Located in Findlay, OH - 45 minutes to Toledo, OH_x000D_

- Full-time; Permanent_x000D_
- We welcome residents, new grads and experienced physicians to consider our Pediatric Hospitalist opportunity_x000D_
- Responsible for the Level IIB Special Care Nursery _x000D_
- Emergency Department consults, limited outpatient medical consults _x000D_
- Newborn care, attendance at high risk deliveries, inpatient pediatric care _x000D_
- Average of 1,000 deliveries/year _x000D_
- Manage infants born at 32 weeks and above, CPAP, Surfactant and ventilator care _x000D_
- Average daily census of 12 (average of 2 pediatric inpatients, 8 well newborns and 4 special care) _x000D_
- Six, 24-hour shifts, 6 per 28-day block _x000D_
- Hospitalist service admits patients _x000D_
- Nationwide Childrens Hospital collaborative partnership _x000D_
- Offers access to pediatric specialists, pediatric research and clinical trials to NW Ohio _x000D_
- BVHS physicians receive advanced education, training, direct consultation with Nationwide Childrens specialists_x000D_
