An expanding, non-profit, Texas Hospital system is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join their established team of 13 physicians. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a lucrative career with mentorship and teaching opportunities.

The Opportunity:
• Optional opportunity to advance into Cardiac Anesthesia with great support and mentorship
• 7:30 am - 3:30 pm general schedule with additional income for evening shifts until 8:00 pm
• No in-house call
• Teaching opportunities
• $540,000-$580,000 Base Salary + up to $25,000 annual quality incentive and additional call pay
• Recruitment Package starting at $75,000 after taxes - can be used for Sign-on Bonus, $15,000 for Relocation, Fellowship Stipend, etc.
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including: 10 weeks of paid time off, retirement plans, malpractice insurance coverage, and CME time off and allowance
