Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a pediatrician to join an expanding and collegial group.
Practice Details:
• Join an established group of 5 other primary care physicians
• 4-day work week with other flexible scheduling options considered
• Outpatient with the ability to incorporate inpatient rounding and/or newborn rounding
• Average volume of around 18 patients per day, ensuring time with each patient
• New, state-of-the-art 32,000 square feet health clinic
• NHSC-approved site with HPSA score 16 - $75,000 in student loan repayment with hospital adding $24,000/year
Compensation Details:
• Lucrative salary guarantee of around $300k - putting you in the 75th percentile MGMA
• $40k Sign-On Bonus plus full benefits package, including relocation assistance, substantial PTO, multiple retirement plans, and a residency/fellowship stipend
