We are seeking a qualified physician specializing in Pain Medicine to join our healthcare team in
Hastings, NE. This position offers visa sponsorship (J1/H1) for eligible candidates. The
physician will be responsible for diagnosing and managing pain conditions in patients,
implementing treatment plans, and providing compassionate care.

Job Responsibilities
● Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, physical examinations,
and diagnostic test results.
● Implement multimodal approaches to pain management, incorporating pharmacological
interventions, interventional procedures, physical therapy, and alternative therapies as
appropriate.
● Perform interventional pain procedures, including epidural injections, nerve blocks,
radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation.
● Monitor patient response to treatment, adjust medication regimens, and provide
supportive care to optimize pain relief and functional outcomes.
● Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care physicians, physical
therapists, psychologists, and pain management specialists, to coordinate
comprehensive patient care.
● Educate patients and their families about pain management strategies, medication
adherence, and lifestyle modifications to improve overall well-being.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documentation, and billing
information in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Qualifications
● Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine.
● Completion of a residency program in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation, or another relevant specialty.
● Fellowship training in Pain Medicine from an accredited program.
● Valid medical license to practice in the state of Nebraska or eligibility to obtain licensure.
● Demonstrated clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pain
conditions.
● Strong procedural skills in performing interventional pain procedures.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary
team.
● Commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy, compassion, and cultural
sensitivity.
