Medical and Quality Director, General Pediatrics
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $200000.00 - $275000.00

The Department of Pediatrics at the Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) seeks a General Pediatrics Medical and Quality Director to oversee an outpatient clinic's operations, an educational program, quality, and value-based performance metrics. Lead and oversee initiatives aimed at the development and implementation of innovative quality improvement, patient flow and access, and value based care metric improvement processes and strategies. Join our team of general pediatricians providing clinical care for more than 12,000 infants, children, and adolescents, while leading quality improvement efforts and directing efficient operations of the General Pediatrics and Adolescent Health Clinic at Doernbecher. We value multidisciplinary collaboration, family-centered care principles, and excellence in communication with families and referring providers.

Required Qualifications
• MD or DO required. • Must be eligible for Oregon medical license. • Must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics. • Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with families and other healthcare providers.

Preferred Qualifications
Prefer: 5 year’s post-residency experience in an ambulatory care setting, will consider applicants with less experience that are eager to take on a leadership challenge. Candidates should have an interest in clinical operations, value-based care, QI
