My client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join their team of healthcare professionals. As a Pediatrician at their community health center, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to children in the local community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular check-ups, examinations, and assessments of pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries in children.
• Provide preventive care, vaccinations, and health education to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for pediatric patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in community outreach programs, health education sessions, and school-based health initiatives.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in pediatric medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Pediatrics.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in pediatric medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing culturally competent and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
• Dedication to community health and the well-being of pediatric patients.

Please note- The annual base salary range is $180k to $230k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
