Job Overview
The Pediatric Physician plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's mission and vision, prioritizing patient-centered care and teamwork. This position involves delivering comprehensive medical services to pediatric patients while also educating and advocating for healthy choices among parents and children. Responsibilities include overseeing advanced practice providers, residents, and students when necessary. You review patient records, document medical histories, and perform thorough examinations, ordering diagnostic tests and treatments as needed. You administer vaccinations, provide health guidance, and even conduct surgical procedures when required. Collaboration with care teams, instilling confidence, and facilitating team development are also integral aspects of this role, ensuring overall patient health outcomes align with the clinicβs goals.

Starting Salary Range: $215,000 - $295,000 depending on experience + benefits!

Qualifications
Board Certified in Pediatrics with at least 2 years of post-graduation experience required.
California Medical license in good standing is required.
Valid DEA and CPR certification is required.
Fully vaccinated (including a booster dose) against COVID-19.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
