Job Description:
Our client is looking for a pediatric neurologist. The position is located in Northern New Jersey at a hospital recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a Best Hospital in the New York Metropolitan Area.
The incoming pediatric neurologist will work a full time schedule and will have the opportunity to do research and teach. There are multiple practice locations for neurology services. The practices operate 5 days per week, with rotation to all three locations each week. Call rotation is 1:4. Approximately 10-20% of time can be devoted to teaching/research.
Our Inpatient and Outpatient service treats children and young adults (birth through 21 years of age) and works with their families to diagnose and manage a full range of neurologic conditions, such as:

- Headache, Concussion and Head Trauma
- Developmental delay and Autism
- Neuromuscular disorders, hypotonia, spasticity
- Cerebral Palsy and Stroke
- Autonomic Testing
- Neurocognitive Testing CNS VS/ IMPACT
- Botox Therapy to manage spasticity and chronic migraines
- Video/Ambulatory EEG Testing
- Patient education and training
- Nutritional services
- Social work counseling
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Pediatric Neurologist
- Neuromuscular experience preferred but not required
