Pediatric opening in AL Located in Athens Huntsville 35m; Less than 100 miles from Birmingham, Chattanooga and Nashville Full-time; permanent Seeking a BE/BC Pediatician to join a rural clinic. No Call. NO Rounding. it is strictly outpatient. Schedules to be full time are flexible and can range from 3 - 10 hr days and 1 8-5 day; 4 - 8 hr days, or even 4 10s. Saturdays are rotated among providers and a midweek is day forfeited when scheduled. We have found that adding Saturday hours is a WONDERFUL service to the community and would like to gradually do that. We do offer evening hours as well, so lots of room for flexible schedules! Physician only has to be present for emergency C-Section delivery if requested by OB. Newborn and Peds Inpatient rounding, admissions of patients seen in office that require hospitalization. We currently have one Pediatrician and three Nurse Practitioners on staff. Each provider has their own MA- in the process of hiring a floater. Four receptionists. An office manager that oversees day-to-day operations of the practice. We do not currently have any scribes. $220k Base salary - Base salary is guaranteed. Our bonus structure is production based and comes into play when provider is seeing, on average, more than 25 patients per day. Sign-on bonus of $20k. Relocation up to $10k.
