* Providers partner with Children's Hospital of Milwaukee, located in Neenah_x000D_
* Children's Hospital is responsible for admissions/coverage of the 20-bed Pediatric Unit and 22-bed NICU in Neenah_x000D_

* Income Details: Employed position with two-year salary guarantee based on a 4-day work week (32 or 36 patient contact hours). After the two years, physician moves to incentive compensation plan. - Physician may choose to end the guarantee period early, if financial and quality targets are being met._x000D_

* Vacation: Paid Time Off: 35 days, including vacation, CME, and holidays._x000D_
