Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a pediatrician to join an established practice to continue to bring world-class healthcare to Minnesota.
Practice Details:
• Join an established multi-specialty group with 2 other pediatric providers
• 4-Day, 32-Hour work week
• Unmatched reputation - Hospital has twice been named in the Top 20 in the country by the NRHA
• Outpatient with optional rounding in the hospital
• See anywhere between 16-25 patients per day - Turnkey Volume
• Reasonable 1:10 call schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee in the $310K range plus RVU production - Demonstrated 80th percentile MGMA earning
• Comprehensive benefits include $50K sign-on package, full family medical coverage, matching retirement plan of 11% and more
