Pediatrics | 200 Bed Hospital | Defined Need | Employed | Student Support
PRACTICE
*Hospital employed structure
*Defined need based on size of service area and current coverage
*Need for two pediatricians
*Employed by hospital
*Full-time / some flexibility on weekly schedule / Work regular days or 3.5 longer days
*Office with other primary care physicians and mid-levels
*Office space located in MOB
*Hospital does 540 deliveries per year
*OBGYN’s send high risk out
*Level 2 Nursery
*200 Bed Hospital
*Round on 4-6 nursery patients per day
FINANCIALS
*On-going salary plus wRVU bonus
*Salary $250K-$300K(50th & 75th), Bonus conversion factor $48-$50
*3-yr arrangement
*90 day out clause without cause – bilateral
*Malpractice
*Tail coverage
*Cover licensing fees
*PTO (20 personal days)
*CME (One week PTO)
*Student Loan support up to $30K per year(no cap)
*Sign-on bonus = $30K+
*Relocation = $10K+
