A thriving Pediatrics group near Moscow, Idaho are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join their team of 5. This position offers the option of a 4-day work week, a $100K Sign-on Bonus, a Partnership Option after 1 year, and annual income between $300-325K per year.
The Position:
• 4-day week in an outpatient setting, average of 16-18 patients per day
• Practice alongside 5 experienced Pediatricians, MA's, Scribes, and APP's
• 1:6 call schedule at $600/day, current Pediatricians say they're "paid to sit at home"
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary with profit-sharing in year one, average income of group is $305K per year
• Sign-on Bonus of $100K, Full Benefits + PTO, Loan Repayment, Retirement, and total income between $300-325,000 annually
• Option for a Partnership after 1 year

• Medium-sized community of 60k people is less 2 hours to Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID
• Regional airport offers daily flights to Denver and Salt Lake City
