A thriving Pediatrics group of 5 are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join their team. This position breaks down to 4 outpatient clinic days per week with 1 day of call at the local, level III trauma center that includes newborn rounding and inpatient consults.
This physician-lead group prioritizes work/life balance and collegiality within the group. This position is mostly outpatient and the current Pediatricians state that while on call, "we're paid to sit at home".
This is a lucrative opportunity with income into the $300K range through a Base Salary starting at $250K, call pay between $30-32K per year, and profit-sharing upside. There is an option for Partnership after 1 year of employment.
The Position:
• 4-day week in an outpatient setting
• Average of 16-18 patients per day
• 4-5 call days per month at the local, Level III Trauma Center, paid $600/day
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary starting at $250K with profit-sharing into the $300K range
• Sign-on Bonus of $100K, Full Benefits + PTO, Loan Repayment of $20-$30K per year, Retirement matching
• Option for a Partnership after 1 year, average income of group is between $300-320K
