  • $130/hr +mileage/lodging
  • Start 03/03/2025 for this ongoing need
  • Mon-Fri 3-5
  • 18 Pts/day
  • Credentialing takes 30-60 days (six weeks is standard for locums who submit documents in a timely manner)
