* Located in ***Troy, AL*** - just 50 miles from Montgomery!_x000D_
* Full-time, permanent opening_x000D_
* Part-time optional: 2 days/week with NP oversight_x000D_

* Recruiting 1 Pediatrician and 2 NPs - each will have their own MA_x000D_
* Support staff will include 2 receptionists and an office manager_x000D_
* Outpatient only_x000D_
* Flexible Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week_x000D_
* Must work 32+ hours/week_x000D_
* Call: transferred to Children's of Alabama PHIL line for triage, who will take care of the majority of calls_x000D_
* Clinic providers will rotate weeks to be available to nurse triage line for calls requiring advice from practitioner (very infrequent)_x000D_
* Patient load: 20+ per day_x000D_
* EMR: Azalea Health_x000D_
* Guaranteed base salary: $210k - $240k (negotiable)_x000D_
* Bonus structure: production based when seeing, on average, more than 20 patients per day annually_x000D_
