Position Overview
VIP Children's Clinics, a physician-owned joint venture with Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, invites applications for BC/BE Pediatricians to join our thriving practice in Lafayette, TN. We seek highly skilled clinicians committed to providing excellent patient-centered care and contributing to our vision of delivering top-notch pediatric healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, integrity, and a commitment to patient care, teaching, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients in Lafayette, TN, while residing anywhere in the Nashville metro area.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics.
- Experience or interest in outpatient pediatric care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Large provider phone call pool, resulting in minimal call requirements.

VIP Children's Clinics, established in 1996, has grown from one practice location to eight different practice locations throughout Middle Tennessee, including Hendersonville, Gallatin, Springfield, Lafayette, White House, Portland, and Pleasant View. Our clinics provide access to high-quality healthcare in local communities, ensuring families have a convenient option for excellent pediatric care. Currently, VIP Children's Clinics employs 25 Pediatricians and 10 Nurse Practitioners, offering services seven days a week with expanded and weekend hours to accommodate our families.
