**Pediatrics opening in Rome/Trion, GA** - Located 70 miles from Atlanta, GA and 70 miles from Chattanooga, TN - The new provider will work 2 days on Rome, GA and 3 days in Trion with stable work schedule - Service Area: 100,000+ people **Position Details:** - Full-time, permanent position - Join a warm, supportive and friendly work environment. An award winning, rapidly growing group practice with four locations and a team of ten providers (3 MDs and 7 Advanced Practitioners).   - 100% Outpatient, office-based work only - No C-Section. No ER visits. No hospital calls. No hospital rounds. No hospital work at all. - 1:8 Calls (most practices have 1:4 calls) Mommy Call only. Calls are first answered by Children's HealthCare of Atlanta. - 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) - Occasionally work 1 Saturday per month (from 9am-1pm) - 25-30 patients a day - No Sunday office work - Approved site for Federal Loan Repayment Program: 100K (tax free) - Provider needs to live in Rome, GA and will consistently work in 2 practice locations: Rome and Cedartown **Compensation Details:** - Guaranteed base salary: 220K 1st year; 225K 2nd year; 230K 3rd year, 240K 4th year - Guaranteed salary for all 4 years of the contract (not just first year) - Guaranteed raise every year - $500 per month allowance, which can be used for health insurance (if desired). - Individual productivity bonus - Plus, monthly team goal achievement group bonus - Holiday bonus - 401K with employer match dollar to dollar (most do dollar to 50 cents match) & vested immediately - Malpractice paid fully. - 2 weeks total paid personal time off. - 6 paid National holidays - CME: AAP PREP Paid fully by the practice. Meets State of GA CME requirement. Online program. - Paid Georgia State Professional License fee - Paid DEA fees - Potential up to 30K per year loan repayment under Federal program.
