Clinical Role:

- Looking for coverage 1-2 weeks per month
- Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital:
- Clinic: 8a - 5p
- Hospital 24/7
- Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital:
- 5 days clinic; 24/7 days Hospital
- Number of patients seen per day in clinic: 8
- Call Night /Weekend
- Support staff
- In clinic: Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, Receptionist
- In hospital: Peds anesthesia, Peds intensivist
- Age of patients: 0-18 years old
- IP/OP Setting
- Phone Consults: 5
- Call patients seen: 1-3
- 20 Minute call response time required
- Assigned/Unassigned Patients
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Hospital Stroke Certified
- Fellowship Required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible (not boarded but fellowship trained in the USA)
- Active MT License or IMLC Accepted
- BLS, PALS required
- Trauma Level III, IV
- EMR: Cerner
