Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $307K for the first two years, with potential earnings of $300K - $575K based on production.
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Must be BC or BE in Ophthalmology.
- Fellowship Training: Completion of a Pediatric Ophthalmology fellowship is preferred.
- Visa Sponsorship: J1 and H1B Candidates Welcome. UMMC will assist with waiver processes.
