- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. This position requires 1 to 2 shifts per month, including call coverage and an afternoon clinic from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Providers must manage and treat conditions such as Bartter's Syndrome, Fabry Disease, Fanconi Syndrome, Hemolytic-Uremic Syndrome, Hepatorenal Syndrome, and Renal Transplant (preferred). EEG reading at Reading Hospital is a required skill. Required procedures include hemodialysis, while percutaneous renal biopsy, peritoneal dialysis (acute/chronic), and needle biopsy of the kidney are preferred. To ensure reliable service, providers must commit to at least one week per month, with two weeks preferred, and be available for evening and weekend calls from Monday at 7 AM to the following Monday at 7 AM. During the on-call week, providers must see at least five outpatients daily and be available for inpatient rounds and consults. The outpatient clinic operates from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with patient coverage typically split 70% inpatient and 30% outpatient, though this may vary.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and treat conditions including Bartter’s Syndrome, Fabry Disease, Fanconi Syndrome, Hemolytic-Uremic Syndrome, Hepatorenal Syndrome, and Renal Transplant (preferred).
- Perform inpatient rounds and consultations during on-call weeks.
- Conduct EEG readings at Reading Hospital (required).
- See at least five outpatients daily during the on-call week.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing nephrology-related conditions preferred.
- Must commit to at least one week per month, with two weeks preferred.
Working Hours
