Schedule: Clinic Mon – Thu 8 am – 5 pm; Inpatient call 8 am – 8 am
Work Details:
• Amount of Coverage needed per month: 3 weeks Outpatient Clinic, 1-week Inpatient call
· Support Staff: RNs, MAs, Social Work, Dieticians
· Patient population/age: Patients newborns up through their 21st birthday

· EMR: EPIC
· Special procedures: Renal biopsies in Sedation Services, CRRT, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis (Inpatient Services)
· Skills required: Apheresis, CRRT, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis (Inpatients)
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
• Long-Term Care/Facility
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License required: OH –
· Certifications required: ABP (American Board of Pediatrics) Board Certification in Pediatric Nephrology
· Minimum experience required: 3 years
Credentialing Timeframe: Minimum 30 days
