We are actively seeking three full-time Pediatric Intensivists to join our dedicated team. The Pediatric Intensivists will play a pivotal role in the 7-bed (expanding) unit, catering to a diverse mix of critical and non-critical patients. The patient population includes those with acute burns, burn reconstructions, and post-operative care of craniofacial patients.

In this position, the physician will:
- Collaborate with Burn/Critical Care Surgeons and Plastic/Reconstructive Surgeons in the medical management of patients.
- Oversee the daily management of post-operative patients.
- Work in tandem with a team of 4 APRNs, rotating residents, and fellows.
- Contribute to the active sedation service within the unit.
- Utilize CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) while managing patient care.
