Pediatric Hospitalist Locums Job in Georgia | Long Term Coverage

Facility is expanding its pediatric hospital medicine program and seeks locums inpatient pediatricians.

Position Overview: 7 on/7 off schedule, with both day and night shifts available. Facility includes a Level I & II Nursery, with approximately 1,400 deliveries per year. Pediatric hospitalists will be present at high-risk deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
--Provide high-quality inpatient care for pediatric patients.
--Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
--Oversee and mentor APPs in clinical settings.
--Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and management.

Requirements:
--MD or DO degree.
--Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics within 6 years post-residency.
--Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with APPs.
