Join our team as a Pediatric Hospitalist providing crucial inpatient care with flexible scheduling options in Central PA.
Schedule:
- Coverage approximately one week and weekend per month
- Minimum of 3, 24-hour shifts per month; with option to spread out or group shifts throughout the month
Practice Setting:
- Inpatient care for newborns to 18 years
- Solo practice without APP/Mid-Level coverage
- EMR and Cerner systems in use
Procedures and Cases:
- Support for deliveries and C-sections
- Rounds on newborn nursery, Level II NICU, and inpatient pediatric beds
- Attend high-risk deliveries, handle ED consults, and take calls for transfers
Requirements:
- Immediate availability; no waiting for license
- Emergency privileges available
- Must be willing to cover weekends for weekday shifts
Credentialing Requirements:
- 90-day timeframe with emergency privileges available
