- All shifts below end the following day at 7a.
- Dec 27 (7a) - Jan 2 (7a)
- Jan 23 (7a) - 28 (7a)
- Feb 20 (7a) - 26 (7a)
- Mar 6 (7a) - 11 (7a)
- 24-hour call shifts (7a-7a)
- Setting: Call
- FTE: 1
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: Pending from site
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: None
- Reason for Coverage: Provider absence
- EMR Required Training:
- Module (learn lessons) – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
- EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers’ first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day
- Providers are required to participate in CO Medicaid to prescribe patients. 80% of their patients are CO Medicaid patients
- Board Certified Pediatrics – Required
- Active CO license - Highly Preferred
- Active BLS - Required
