This position primarily involves outpatient Pediatric care just 30 mins from Myrtle Beach, with additional responsibilities for Inpatient Hospitalist coverage as needed. The provider will deliver comprehensive care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting but will also step in to provide inpatient care during the hospitalist PTO and occasional weekend coverage. This dual role ensures continuity of care for our pediatric patients across both outpatient and inpatient environments.
Hospital Employee, Traditional. Annual Salary. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Residency/Fellowship Stipend available. Relocation Bonus available. CME up to 1 week and $3,000 available. Call responsibilities include nurse phone consultations, potential admissions from the ED, and attending high-risk deliveries or stabilizing sick newborns. Schedule: 8 hours in-house (8:30am-4:30pm) with 24/7 coverage, including 16 hours on-call. Typical Census: 8-15 newborns per day / 0-2 pediatric patients per day. Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling and ample paid time off to ensure a healthy work-life balance (22 Days PTO). Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary (typically MGMA median) + WRVU bonuses (240-270k +/-). $25,000 sign on bonus. PLSF qualified facilities. Malpractice insurance/tail coverage provided.
