A regional rural hospital in central Illinois with a stellar reputation is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to back fill a retiring physician's workload. They boast a Level II Emergency Department, a Level II Perinatal Unit, a Regional Cancer Center, Behavioral Health Services, a Surgery Center, Cardiac Catheter Lab, Advanced Wound Center, and much more. IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Board Certified Internal Medicine - will not consider Family Medicine at this time
- Illinois licensed candidates only
- A minimum of 2 years working as a Hospitalist, doing procedures, and covering ICU
- Ready to start ASAP
- Longevity is a must. To be considered for this position, must have long-term commitments in previous Hospitalist positions. Unfortunately, if you have moved around frequently or worked locums full time for the past several years this is not the position for you

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Procedures required: Central Lines/Intubations/Basic Procedures
- Open ICU
- 7-on/7 off rotation
- Day position
- NO CALL because Nocturnist covers nights
- $270k Salary + RVUs + Value-Based Bonuses
- $40K sign on bonus
- Average census is 18+ inclusive of admissions per shift
- Team of 5 Hospitalists
