The Hawai‘i Pacific Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced Pediatric Hospitalist at Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children.

Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women and Children is the premier pediatric hospital in Hawai‘i, a state-of-the-art tertiary medical center with established services supported by a wide spectrum of pediatric subspecialties. It is a major teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Hawai‘i, John A. Burns School of Medicine. This is a full-time position with both academic and clinical responsibilities. An ideal candidate will be an experienced bedside clinician, educator and/or have experience in quality improvement or research, and be comfortable with medically complex and high acuity patients. Located on the island of O‘ahu.

Besides the clinical responsibilities, participation in research and teaching through the University of Hawai‘i, John A. Burns School of Medicine is highly encouraged.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: graduate of an approved residency program in Pediatrics. Candidate must be board certified or eligible for certification in Pediatrics. Candidates should be eligible to obtain a medical license in the State of Hawai’i.
