Wonderful Pediatric Hospitalist opportunity in Augusta, Maine starting ASAP and is ongoing, mostly night coverage. Does this sound like something you'd be interested in, let me know either way!
- Dates: Start as soon as credentialed- Ongoing need
- Schedule: Need mostly night coverage, 12hr shifts
- Average of 5-7 patients per day with 2-3 discharges and 2-3 deliveries
- 4 bed pediatric ward, 8 labor rooms and 12 post-partum rooms
- Program Model: 4 FT physicians & 7 per diems (plus support from OBs, midwives, anesthesia, EM & FP physicians)
- Procedures: Must be able to resuscitate a newborn, including intubation & umbilical line placement
- Level II NICU
- EMR: SMR
- Certifications: BC pediatrics, NRP, PALS, BLS required, Active ME license, DEA, Flu shot required
- COVID not required but need to know COVID vaccine status
- 8-10 week credentialing
- Temp privs available for clean files
