Position Overview

The Division of Pediatric Outreach Medicine, Department of Pediatrics at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt (MCJCHV), is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Pediatric Hospitalist/Newborn Medicine Pediatrician to support Cookeville Regional Medical Center. We are looking for a highly skilled clinician with a focus on hospital medicine and a special interest in delivery room and newborn care. Competency in circumcisions is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hospital medicine and newborn care at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
  • Participate in delivery room procedures and newborn care.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.

Qualifications

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics.
  • Clinical focus on hospital medicine with training in delivery room and newborn care.
  • Competency in performing circumcisions.
