Professional:

• 29 weeks OFF a year
• 100% Inpatient Pediatric Hospitalist
• 7 on 7 off schedule/Monday - Monday
• Round in morning then take call from home - you will rarely come back in
• 14 Beds on Pediatric Floor
• Average 120 births a month - about 8 newborns and 1-2 pediatric patients daily
• Common Procedures include: PALS, Resuscitation, intubation and circumcision
• DO NOT attend deliveries - neonatologist and NP attend
• NICU II - outsourced to OU and an NP provides 24/7 coverage
• Great ER staff, will call to admit
• 24 Hour on site pharmacy provides meds to beds
• EMR is Paragon

Compensation and Benefits

• $235K Base Salary
• $50K Sign and $8K Relocation
• 24/7 Physician Lounge
